My favorite quote is: "I'm not afraid of dying. I'm afraid of not living."
Over time, I wondered whether working as a corporate tax professional in San Francisco was enough living. So I enrolled in web design courses, took cello lessons, traveled more, and discovered that I enjoy seeing the world from high on a mountain.
Now I reside and thrive in beautiful Lake Tahoe, CA.
My passion for photography started in the late 1970's when I bought my first camera, a Nikon FE. It continued through the 90's when I squeezed a small black and white darkroom into my tiny apartment in San Francisco. And it continues today as I aspire to find exotic locations to photograph while trying to keep up with exciting new equipment and technology.
This website is the result of a project I started in a web design class and completed yesterday.
Thanks for visiting! That's what this is about.
