Photos from Cotopaxi (19,388ft / 5,911m) in Ecuador (2001, solo with local guide, Carlin Alvarez). I was using film back then and only digitized a few photos. We also climbed various other peaks to acclimatize and planned to attempt Chimborazo but it was covered in frozen ash blown over from an eruption from another volcano and too dangerous to climb.
