Mount Tallac
Photos from a few hikes up Mount Tallac. Wear good boots/shoes and plan your time well, especially in the fall/winter with the shorter daylight and extreme cold once the sun goes down. The descent can take a while due to the rocks. This is a beautiful and scenic 10.1 mile up and back hike with roughly 3250 feet of elevation gain from 6480 to 9738 feet. Tahoe Trails Menu
