Marlette Lake is absolutely gorgeous, especially in the fall. But it is not easy to reach. You can ride your bike via the Flume Trail or go to Spooner Lake and cycle five miles on North Canyon Road or hike via Marlette Lake Trail. Another option is to hike from Chimney Beach.
